It still seemed very empty, I kept thinking to myself 'What should I do?', I thought about adding more pictures but I didn't want to randomly place them making it unattractive. I wanted to be more creative with my double page spread, I thought of adding few smaller pictures on the side of the model's bigger image and I could add drop shadow onto them to make it effective but it still sounded boring. Then I had thought of the idea of having a photo strip, it's not seen very often in Pop magazines but it would still look attractive. I started off with a plain photo-strip and began re-sizing images I took few weeks ago of my model and had added them to fit in with the photo-strip. I had to make the frames thicker by going onto PowerPoint and creating rectangles and filling them in with black and placing them on the strip.
There was not much of a space for the last image so it had to be cut off but it seems like it is still carrying on off the page so it still worked well on the page. The strip made the double page spread look much better, it added more of the superstar look to the page and it links with her image and the masthead so it all ties in well by making her look like a major superstar who has just entered into the industry and is already taking over.
